Jacob Eubanks

Jacob Eubanks is founder and Executive Director of Choose Water. He grew up in Florence, Alabama and later studied at the University of South Alabama. He spent five years as Creative Director of local tv station in Montgomery, Alabama before founding Choose Water and moving to Zambia. He lived in Zambia for five years and during that time he met his wife, Libby, in Montgomery after giving a presentation for Choose Water. They now reside in Montgomery, Alabama. They have one child, Webb, and are expecting a little girl in February, 2019.

Started in 2011, Choose Water (formerly Water 282) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that exists to connect organizations, such as churches, civic clubs, schools, or even individuals, with villages in Africa in need of clean water. They have seen first-hand how bad the water crisis really is in these villages, and how desperately the villagers need clean, safe water near their village.
